Whether joining us for SUP Boot-Camp or SUP Yoga, or the new Power Paddle program our fitness routines on a sturdy board makes outdoor fitness routine more exciting! AND! Best of all we work more muscles than you knew you had! That means speedier sculpting, not to mention a crazy-fun way to build killer body!
SUP Fitness Classes Include:
SUP Yoga - 90 minute program includes basics of Paddling, followed by a peaceful Yoga experience on water
SUP Bootcamp - 90 minute program begins with Paddling technique, followed by a High Intensity Strength & Endurance Workout on the Paddleboard!
-Practice for your next race OR prep for your first one
-set benchmarks/time trials
-lean tips & tricks to take your paddling to the next level
